Lake Charles 911 Memorial to Include Pentagon and WTC Artifacts

The City of Lake Charles, Louisiana, is still working on plans for a 911 memorial. It has two steel beams from the site of the World Trade Center and a piece of limestone from the Pentagon. The beams stand 12-feet high and weigh approximately 2,000 pounds each. The limestone measures 3-feet long by 6-feet wide, and is 6-inches thick. It weighs approximately 700 pounds.
