The Port Authority 911 Memorial in West Orange was dedicated on October 2, 2003. This memorial is located in the Crystal Lake section of West Orange. It sits on a hill overlooking the stage of the Oskar Schindler Performing
Arts Center on Boland Drive.

The Austintown Beautification Committee is raising money to build a beautiful gazebo to be located in Trustee Park for all of Mahoning Valley to enjoy and remember those who were lost in the 9.11 World Trade Tower disaster and The United States Pentagon. The Gazebo will be approximately 22 feet in diameter and will have engraved paver brick sidewalk and several park benches leading up to it.

Howell has three 9/11 Memorials -the Memorial at Howell High School located at 405 Squankum-Yellowbrook Road (dedicated 2002), the Memorial at the Squankum Firehouse located on Route 547 (dedicated last year) and the Memorial at the Howell Municipal Center located at 251 Preventorium Road (dedicated this past September).
