The North Brunswick 911 Memorial is located at the “9/11 Memorial Park” which is on Hermann Road across the street from the North Brunswick Township Municipal Building. It features an I-Beam recovered from Ground Zero.

The Trinity Episcopal Church in Woodbridge has a labyrinth with a small lighted World Trade Center. The church notes the labyrinth is not a maze and is used for prayer and contemplation.

A memorial to the February 26, 1993, victims of the WTC attack was dedicated on its anniversary in 2005. The memorial designed by Port Authority architect Jacqueline Hanley contains the only piece of the original memorial. It is located at Liberty and Washington by the entrance to the bridge over West Street which is the private family viewing area. It is located behind closed gates and obscured. When I asked guards at the WTC in April about it, they said they were unaware of it. It is also very near Ladder 10 which was the firehouse across the street from the WTC.

The 9-11 sculpture project entitled “The Gates” consists of two gates — a 23 foot and 53 foot tall memorial made with 16 tons of WTC steel obtained from the New Jersey salvage yard.
