Mahong Valley 911 Memorial Gazebo
The Austintown Beautification Committee is raising money to build a beautiful gazebo to be located in Trustee Park for all of Mahoning Valley to enjoy and remember those who were lost in the 9.11 World Trade Tower disaster and The United States Pentagon. The Gazebo will be approximately 22 feet in diameter and will have engraved paver brick sidewalk and several park benches leading up to it.
The Austintown Beautification Committee has acquired a 7” x 7” piece of The World Trade Center that will be encased in a granite stone that will be 7 feet in height in the shape of the World Trade Center Towers, also there will be replies of The U.S. Pentagon displayed at this memorial. An eternal flame will be added to the memorial and landscaping will complete this special addition to our community, Please help make this memorial a truly unique and beautiful addition to Mahoning Valley by purchasing a paver brick with a loved one’s name of family name for only $40.00 of by making a monetary contribution to the Gazebo.
