Westfield 911 Memorial

Westfield has a 9/11 memorial near the railroad station at the corner of North Avenue and Broad Street.
The Westfield 911 Memorial was dedicated on September 21, 2002. It is located at the September 11th Memorial Park. in downtown Westfield (near the railroad station at the corner of North Avenue and Broad Street). The centerpiece of the Memorial is a glass spire etched with the names of the more than 3,000 individuals lost on 9/11 in the World Trade Center, Pentagon
and Pennsylvania. The glass sculpture is bordered by a walkway lined with 12 stone pillars bearing the names of the 12 individuals who were either born or lived in Westfield.
