O’Fallon 911 Memorial at Municipal Centre Cleared By Grand Jury
O’Fallon’s memorial prompted a Grand Jury investigation which cleared it.
The monument is located at the O’Fallon Missouri Municipal Centre on 100 North Main Street. It consists of 22-ton piece that came from the bedrock of the center.
A Grand Jury had looked into the memorial noting that it had been left out in the rain and that not all the steel was used. The Grand Jury did not return any indictments.
