Welcome to 911memorials.org. We have attempted to create a database of 911 memorials around the world. Our database was lost when an ISP crashed and unfortunately we didn’t have the backup. Fortunately a snapshot of the the site is kept at the wayback machine. We are attempting to recreate it here and update with new info.

500 tons of steel from the World Trade Center were transported in early April 2010 to Coatesville, Pennsylvania for the National Iron and Heritage Museum. The The ten “steel trees,” at 50 tons apiece were built in Coatesville.
